First and foremost, daily cardio exercise has an extremely positive correlation with increased mood and brain health. When you engage in cardio exercise there is an increase in blood flow which leads to a decreased chance of having a stroke. In addition, studies have shown that in addition to a mood boost, cardio exercise helps reduce the chance of developing Alzheimer’s and other brain quality regression.




Additionally, cardio exercise leads to increased circulation which helps keep your muscles healthy and promotes collagen production leading to clearer skin. The only workout you will ever regret, is the one you didn't do! So throw on your sneakers and get your cardio on!
